All are welcome (K-12) to the Halloween Family Fun Night tonight at the Isanti School. (5-6:30) Please come in costume, the Culture of Learning WIT team will be sponsoring winners in the categories: Funniest, Scariest & Most Creative. This week, we showed our appreciation with a fun Apple Bar to celebrate all the dedication and hard work our staff put in as they prepared for Parent-Teacher Conferences. ❤️

If you weren’t able to make it to conferences, no worries! Please reach out to your child’s teacher to set up a time to connect and chat about how your child is doing at school.

In the age of AI and misinformation, Media Literacy is a superpower! 🦸‍♀️ Our students are constantly bombarded with information online—how can they tell what's real and what's fake?

Tip for Parents: Play the "Fact Check Detective" game! When you see a strange or unbelievable headline on your newsfeed, show your child how to:

Check the source: Is it a credible organization?

Look at the date: Is the information current?

Verify with a second source: Do other trusted sites report the same thing?

Help them develop their critical thinking skills so they don't accidentally spread misinformation! 🧐

SEEK HELP from a trusted adult.
