NO SCHOOL

A huge thank you to the Santee Health and Wellness Center for donating a Ninja SLUSHi Max to our program! We are excited to put it to use for hands on lessons and plenty of fun creations throughout the year. Today, our 6th graders tried their hand at cooking eggs. 🍳 Students practiced cracking, frying, flipping, and of course, learning that not every egg turns out perfectly the first time! We love seeing students build confidence in the kitchen while learning skills they can use for a lifetime.

Our students have been hard at work during their first week of classes! Culinary students used freshly donated cucumbers from Nebraska Indian Community College to make refrigerator pickles while practicing food preparation, measuring, and safe knife skills. Students also began working with our indoor grow tower, generously donated by the Center for Rural Affairs.

We are grateful for community partners who help provide meaningful, hands on learning opportunities for our students!

💙💛 A GREAT FIRST DAY BACK! 💛💙 We had an awesome first day back at Isanti Community School! 🎉 Our students did a fantastic job participating in our Expectation Stations today. They spent time learning and reviewing expectations throughout the school so we can start the year off safe, responsible, respectful, and healthy! We are proud of how well our students participated, listened, and handled their first day back. It was great seeing our hallways and classrooms filled with students again! Here’s to a great 2026–2027 school year! 💙💛 Go Warriors!

Driving to School This Year?? All students who plan to drive to school must submit the following items to the front office. Thank you for helping keep our school safe!

Middle & High School Backpack Reminder: Middle school & High school students will be expected to keep their backpacks in their assigned locations throughout the school day. Students will not be permitted to carry backpacks with them during the school day. Thank you for your support and helping us maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
